Prime location for this welcoming cottage, ideally situated close to numerous activities and the shuttle stop. On-site and nearby: swimming pool, ski bus shuttle, ice rink, tennis courts, mini-golf, restaurant… Stunning views of the Mont Blanc massif. Maximum capacity: 6 people. All included.

Close to sports facilities and the center of Saint-Gervais (20-minute walk): This 75m² gîte is located on the raised ground floor of a chalet-style house, offering stunning views of the Mont Blanc massif and surrounding peaks (Mont Joly, Dômes de Miage). The accommodation has been warmly renovated in a family home style and is ideal for those who want to enjoy numerous activities on-site and avoid using a car. On-site amenities include: swimming pool (indoor and outdoor in summer), tennis, mini-golf, bike park, and a ski bus shuttle (operating in both summer and winter). An ice rink and restaurant are also nearby. The accommodation has its own private entrance. The upper floor of the house is occupied by the owner's residence. The cottage is laid out as follows: Living/dining area, lounge with TV that can be separated by a curtain (sofa bed providing a comfortable extra sleeping space 140x190cm), separate fitted kitchen, bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 single beds 90x190cm), shower room, separate WC. Shared laundry room in the basement. For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen (beds made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Balcony/terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs), awning. Large grounds surrounding the house with a private terrace area (concrete barbecue, table and chairs). Secure private ski locker. Wi-Fi internet access. Parking in the courtyard. Saint-Gervais town center and shops are 2.5km away by car (approximately a 20-minute walk). Shuttle stop 100m away: connection to the center of Saint-Gervais and the Bettex gondola lift (access to the ski area in winter and hiking trails in summer). Mont-Blanc tramway 2.5km away: cog railway providing access to the Bellevue plateau (access to numerous hiking trails in all seasons). Saint-Gervais thermal baths 6km away (Le Fayet). Megève 20 minutes by car, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 35 minutes by car (25km).
