This cozy cottage boasts a prime location, ideally situated near numerous activities and the shuttle bus stop.

Close to sports activities and the center of Saint-Gervais (20-minute walk): 75m² gîte located on the raised ground floor of a chalet-style house offering a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc massif and surrounding peaks (Mont-Joly, Dômes de Miage).
The accommodation has been warmly renovated in a family home style and is ideal for those looking to enjoy numerous on-site activities without having to drive.
On-site: swimming pool (indoor and outdoor in summer), tennis, mini-golf, bike park, ski bus shuttle (open summer and winter). Ice rink and restaurant nearby.

The accommodation has its own private entrance. The upper part of the house is occupied by the owner's residence. The cottage is composed as follows:
Living/dining area, lounge with TV that can be separated by a curtain (a sofa bed provides a comfortable 140x190cm extra bed), separate fitted kitchen, bedroom 1 (1 140x190cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 90x190cm beds), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Shared laundry room in the basement.
For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (beds made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Balcony/terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs), awning.
Large grounds around the house with a private terrace area (concrete barbecue, table and chairs).
Secure private ski locker. Wi-Fi. Parking in the courtyard.

Saint-Gervais center and shops are 2.5km away by car (approximately a 20-minute walk).
Shuttle bus stop 100m away: connection to the center of Saint-Gervais and the Bettex gondola (ski area access in winter and hiking in summer).
Mont-Blanc Tramway 2.5km away: rack railway providing access to the Bellevue Plateau (access to numerous hikes all year round).
Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths 6km away (Le Fayet). Megève is a 20-minute drive away, and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 35-minute drive (25km).
