Apartment on the 1st floor of a large building also comprising another gîte on the ground floor and a second, identical, completely independent gîte on the 1st floor. Access is via a shared entrance hall with the ground floor gîte, including a shared laundry room and an additional bathroom (WC, shower). Internal staircase leading to the gîte comprising: kitchen open to the living room/lounge, access to the balcony with lounge, two bathrooms, and WC. Bedroom 1 (1 king-size bed), bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds, 1 sofa bed), bedroom 3 (1 double bed, 1 double bed, and 1 single bed). Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional extras. Washing machine in the laundry room shared with the other two gîtes. Bicycle or ski storage available. Located along the busy Clermont/Sillingy road. Non-smoking gîte. The farm features a nursery, among other things, and provides access to nearby walking trails. In the village center: all shops and services.
