Apartment located in an alpine farmhouse that has been completely renovated using eco-friendly materials.

Located at the base of the Chavannes ski lift in Nancy-Sur-Cluses, a small, family-friendly ski resort. Starting point for numerous snowshoe, ski, and hiking trails. Part of the Route des Grandes Alpes, well known to cyclists and motorcyclists. Close to Chamonix, Geneva, Annecy, Le Grand Massif, La Clusaz, and Le Grand Bornand. The apartment features two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet upstairs, and on the ground floor, a large living room with an open kitchen and a floor-to-ceiling window offering a view of the meadow and cows in the summer or the ski slope in the winter. There is a parking space right in front of the apartment reserved for you. The first bedroom has a double bed (140/190). The second bedroom has two single bunk beds (80/190) and a child’s bed (80/130). A travel crib is available if needed. The apartment is completely separate from the main house. The nearest supermarket is in Cluses; there are no shops in the village, but you’ll find a nice restaurant there. There’s also a convenience store and a ski shop in the neighboring village.
