The GAEC Chamonix farm is a family-run operation with 90 dairy cows and 100 heifers. Yogurt, milk, tommes, and reblochon are sold on-site. You can also find reblochon from the Val d'Arly cooperative.

The cows graze around the farm during the summer and are fed hay in the winter. The heifers graze in three different mountain pastures during the summer and are fed hay in the winter. The Reblochons are produced under the AOP designation, and the tomme is a farmhouse cheese.
