High above Saint-Gervais, facing Mont Blanc! Authentic, spacious, and welcoming accommodation with a terrace and garden, located near the Saint-Gervais ski area and 200m from the shuttle stop. Village center and shops 5km away.

Spacious (98m²) single-story cottage in a renovated Savoyard farmhouse, decorated in a warm chalet style. The farmhouse also includes two other accommodations, each with its own private entrance. You will appreciate the spaciousness and authentic charm of the property, as well as the magnificent view of Mont Blanc from the terrace and garden. The accommodation is arranged on a single level and comprises: Entrance hall, open-plan fitted kitchen/living/dining area (sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (one double bed 140x190cm + one single bunk bed 90cm), bedroom 2 (one queen bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (one double bed 140x190cm), bathroom (bathtub), separate WC, laundry area. Bed linen and towels are provided (beds made upon arrival). Wi-Fi internet access. Private garden with two terrace areas: picnic table, gas griddle, parasol and sun loungers + covered relaxation area with a bench seat. Parking in front of the cottage, or below (2 spaces). Shared reinforced charging point for your electric vehicle (extra charge). Saint-Gervais town center 5km away (10 minutes by car): all shops, restaurants, swimming pool, ice rink, Tourist Office. Shuttle stop 'Le Gollet' 200m away: connection to the ski area (Bettex), the Saint-Gervais gondola lift, or Saint-Nicolas de Véroce (chairlift). Please check with the Tourist Office for operating periods and schedules. Saint-Gervais ski area 3.5km away in winter (6 minutes by car). Mont-Blanc tramway 5.5km away: cog railway providing access to the Bellevue plateau (access to numerous hiking trails in all seasons). Saint-Gervais thermal baths are 9km away (Le Fayet). Megève is a 20-minute drive, and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 40-minute drive (30km). Numerous hikes are available in the Bettex area. Snow equipment is recommended in winter.
