Beautiful wood and mountain atmosphere for this 71m² gîte on the 2nd floor of the owners' house with private terrace and garden (on the garden level - 1st floor of the house). Access by exterior + interior stairs. Independent entrance. Kitchen - dining room with balcony access offering a magnificent mountain view, living room (convertible sofa (rapido type 160cm), armchairs, television, DVD player). 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 140x190cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 140x190cm bed), small bedroom 3 / sleeping area (1 90x190cm bed), attic bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet. Washer-dryer in the kitchen, optional bed linen. Central heating (renewable wood + solar energy). Possibility of storing skis in the owners' premises. Private terrace and garden on the lower level of the cottage (garden level of the house) with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, table tennis (installed in summer). Ground. Private parking.
