Depending on the time of day or season, you will be able to see the animals, observe the operation of the farm and interact with passionate farmers who share their profession with simplicity. A great opportunity to better understand the origin of the products that we then find on our plate. ➡️ Where to find the farm Located in the hamlet of Ormaret in Combloux, the farm welcomes visitors all year round in its direct sales store. Ample parking facilitates access to the site. ➡️ For whom? For foodies, families, lovers of local products and all those who wish to discover the daily life of a mountain farm. ➡️ What you can find at Ferme Les Montagnards The store offers products made on the farm: farm tomme, Montagny (farmer's cheese), fresh milk, foie gras, natural yogurts, jams, cold meats and pork. You will also find a selection of products from other producers in the Bienvenue à la Ferme network, from organic farming or benefiting from a designation of origin, such as Beaufort, Abondance, goat's or sheep's cheeses, honeys, beers, wines and biscuits. The farm also sells meat from its breeding (veal, heifer and pork in packages of 5 to 10 kg, by reservation: 06 22 02 09 03). ➡️ Essential products Montagny, the farm's emblematic farmhouse cheese, is one of the specialties to discover, alongside farmhouse tomme, yogurts, faitselles, fresh milk and charcuterie products made from the farm's livestock. ➡️ To live on site The discovery continues thanks to the activities offered on the farm. Take part in a visit to the farm with a butter-making workshop to meet the animals and discover traditional know-how, or choose the visit option followed by a dinner on the farm, which ends with a generous raclette prepared with farm products. Snacks and meals at the farm are also offered by reservation depending on the period. ➡️ Practical information The store is open all year round. The farm is labeled Bienvenue à la Ferme and is part of La Route des Fromages de Savoie.
