Enjoy a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends in the heart of Châtel in this spacious gîte with a south-facing terrace and balcony. Located next to the aquatic center and just steps from the shops and ski lifts of Superchatel, the apartment is the perfect base for exploring the Portes du Soleil and fully enjoying the pleasures of the mountains in every season, summer and winter.

This 63m² (678 sq ft) holiday cottage is located on the ground floor of a large chalet that also houses other cottages, the owners' residence, and their ski rental shop. It has a separate entrance via the cottage's terrace on the side of the chalet. - Open-plan kitchen/living room: dining table, corner sofa, television, French doors opening onto the balcony. - Two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (one 160x200cm bed and one 80x190cm bed), Bedroom 2 (one 140x190cm bed and two 90x190cm bunk beds). - One bathroom: walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail. - One separate WC. South-facing terrace and balcony (overlooking the swimming pool - Chatel aquatic center) with garden furniture. Shared garden and grounds (alongside the aquatic center). Parking spaces in the courtyard. Shared laundry room for all five cottages with a washing machine. Wi-Fi internet access. Optional extras: bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
