➡️ The experience in brief This session is designed for practitioners who wish to take their *Yoga de l’énergie* (Energy Yoga) practice further with Linda Crivelli. Maintaining a physically gentle approach, this advanced class allows you to refine your awareness of the breath, the body, and physical sensations, while taking the time to deepen your practice. ➡️ Activity highlights *Yoga de l’énergie* is based on a subtle practice focused on: - a holistic awareness of the breath; - tuning into the body in its entirety; - deepening postures without striving for performance; - a practice aligned with the seasons of Chinese energetic principles; - working with meridians according to the time of year. ➡️ What to expect Over the course of an hour, Linda guides you through a session designed to refine your sensations and deepen the quality of your presence within the postures. Here, the posture is a means rather than an end: the goal is to develop a more subtle awareness of the body, the breath, and inner balance. ➡️ Who is this for? For individuals wishing to deepen or refine their *Yoga de l’énergie* practice. - Please bring a mat, soft clothing, a bottle of water and a blanket. - Carpets available on loan (please specify when booking) - Depending on the weather, the class can be held outside. The location will be given to you when you book. - Access to the sports hall at Combloux tourist office is from the outside, via the staircase leading down to Le Plan B restaurant. - Private lessons, yogatherapy, energy assessment using biophotonic imagery, at home or at the practice possible - Booking compulsory on resalib.fr or SMS or QR code
