A very trendy practice combining weight training, gymnastics and cardio.

Come and let off steam for 1 hour and sweat to the rhythm of the music, while enjoying the view of the surrounding peaks. Whether you're an experienced exerciser or a beginner, this class is suitable for all levels of fitness and Cross training experience. Activities must be booked in advance. To take part in the activity, you must reserve a time slot online at least 48 hours before the start of the activity.
