Discover this beautiful and spacious guest room located on the ground floor of the owners' chalet, situated in a quiet area in the hills above Thônes. The guest room has its own private entrance. The guest room comprises: - A large private entrance hall leading to the sleeping area on one side and the bathroom on the other. - A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, two armchairs, a 102cm TV, a table and two stools for dining, and access to the terrace. - A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A dressing area is also provided. - A small area in front of the bedroom includes a refrigerator, pod coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. A total of 46m² of private space. A south-facing terrace area, reserved for guests, offers a magnificent panoramic view of Thônes and the surrounding mountains. Parking is available on the property. The owner, Ariane, will be happy to prepare breakfast for you using local products. Fiber optic internet via Wi-Fi. Bed linens, towels, bathrobes, and breakfast are included in the price. Electric car charging is available using a standard household outlet (€5/day, payable directly to the owner). One pet is welcome. A second pet is accepted upon request only, prior to booking. Thônes town center (supermarkets, shops, and activities) is 3 km away. Skiing is available in the Aravis resorts: Le Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz are 13 km away. La Croix Fry/Manigod (linked to La Clusaz) is 16 km away. Lake Annecy and its beaches are 18 km away, and Annecy and its old town are 23 km away.
