- A large private entrance hall leading to the sleeping area on one side and the bathroom on the other.
- Bedroom with a 150x200cm bed, two armchairs, a 40" TV, a table and two stools for dining, and access to the terrace.
- Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Dressing area.
- Before the bedroom, a small area with a refrigerator, coffee pod machine, kettle, and microwave.
A total of 46m² of private space.
South-facing terrace area, reserved for the guest room, offering a magnificent panoramic view of Thones and the surrounding mountains. Parking on the property.
A spa/jacuzzi is available upon reservation (€30 for a 45-minute session).
The owner, Ariane, will be happy to prepare breakfast for you with local products.
Fiberglass Wi-Fi internet access.
Bed and bath linens, bathrobes, and breakfast are included in the price.
Electric car charging is available via a standard household outlet (€5/day, payable directly to the owner).
One pet is allowed. A second pet is accepted upon request only before booking.
