This 45-minute class uses basic exercises on the stomach, back, and sides with synchronized movements between barbells in your hands and flippers on your feet. Works your core and cardiovascular strength.
Equipment: a one-piece swimsuit or a sports jersey is recommended, in case of regular practice a specific pair of shoes brings more comfort
