We invite you to an afternoon of music featuring the French lied and mélodie repertoire.
Soprano Daria Novik and pianist Meta Cerv present a program centered on works by Korngold, Reynaldo Hahn, and Mahler. Through these composers, the concert explores different musical colors and sensibilities, ranging from lyricism to intimacy and expressive depth.
In this close dialogue between voice and piano, each piece becomes a small musical scene, carried by the text and the music. An accessible and moving late-afternoon concert, to be enjoyed in a warm atmosphere.
