The iconic Le Flaine hotel (home to the Village Club MMV le Flaine) has had its fireplace listed as a Historic Monument. It is ideally situated in the centre of the cosy lounge, extending onto a suspended terrace – a hallmark of its creator’s bold vision. The RockyPop Flaine Hotel & Spa also offers its guests the chance to relax by a magnificent fireplace designed by Breuer. The last of the famous architect’s five iconic fireplaces is situated in the UCPA Les Lindars building. The Flaine Art Centre offers a free guided tour of the resort, in French and English, once a week during the season (booking required). Follow the director of the Art Centre through the twists and turns of Flaine, in pursuit of the history of Flaine and its little stories too... During this visit, you'll have the chance to see the fireplace in the Totem Friendly Hôtel & Spa's common room.
