In a quiet hamlet, between the Vallée d'Abondance and Lake Geneva, gîte (77m²) located on the ground floor of an old renovated farmhouse also including the owners' home upstairs. Independent entrance. Kitchen, living room (3-person relax sofa and 2 armchairs including one relaxer, wall-mounted TV), bay window opening onto the terrace and the garden with a view of the mountains, 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 160x200 bed) and bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190, 2 bunk beds 90), bathroom (bath), separate toilet. Private terrace, garden and parking. Garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Bed linen, towels provided. Farmyard (chickens and rooster) on site. Ski: Abondance (Portes du Soleil) or Bernex 9.5km, Lac de la Beunaz (leisure, swimming) 11km, Châtel, Thonon, Evian-les-Bains, thermal baths, Lake Geneva 20km. Hikes, snowshoes, walks nearby. Domestic socket available for electric vehicle charging (with sub-meter, actual billing). Reservations for festive events not accepted (evenings, parties, EVG/JF, etc.).
