Chez Gaston is a store specializing in Liege waffles, savoury waffles and artisanal ice creams. Our Vanilla ice cream was voted 3rd best Vanilla ice cream in France by Gault & Millau.

Our authentic Liège waffles with beet sugar pearls come straight from Belgium. They can be enjoyed on their own or with toppings. We offer savory waffles to suit all tastes. Our Provence herb dough is topped with ham/cheese, Norwegian, Reblochon, etc. Our ice creams are homemade, with no artificial coloring or flavoring. We have a toppings bar for customizing waffles, ice creams and milkshakes.
