Beautiful detached chalet-style house in a quiet and sunny area of the Giffre valley, near the Grand Massif. Terrace, garden, wood stove, and very beautiful panoramic view of the valley and the mountains. Skiing at 3km in winter (Morillon gondola), shuttle at 50m. Everything is included!

Independent house of 130m2 arranged on 2 levels in the heart of a small village located 800m above sea level, near the Grand-Massif ski area. Very nice view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. On the ground floor (level access): living room/lounge (sofa, wood stove), fitted kitchen, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet, technical room and storage. Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm + extra bed 90cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 5 (2 beds 90x190cm), bathroom (shower ), separate wc. Grand-Massif ski area 2.9km away (Morillon gondola): 265km of slopes linking the resorts of Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval. Shuttle at 50 meters.
