Beautiful unobstructed views of Megève and the surrounding peaks from this spacious and welcoming apartment with a fireplace, located 200m from the slopes in winter! Megève center is 800m away (a 15- to 20-minute walk). Peaceful setting. Hikes departing from the cottage all year round.

70m² (760 sq ft) gîte (plus 16m² attic) located on the 2nd floor of a large chalet-style house, also including the owners' accommodation (on the 1st floor) and another gîte on the ground floor. West-facing, quiet location, beautiful unobstructed view. Access to the gîte is via an internal staircase (shared entrance). The accommodation consists of a living/dining room (sofas, TV, fireplace, first basket of wood provided, dining area), separate kitchen, bedroom 1 (1 queen-size bed), bedroom 2 (4 single beds), bathroom (bathtub, toilet), and shower room (shower cubicle, toilet). Sheets are included (beds made). Towels are available for rent. West-facing balcony and east-facing balcony with furniture (table and chairs). Access to a private garden area on the east side via an outdoor staircase: table and chairs, parasol, deckchairs, and barbecue. Central heating. Wi-Fi. Shared garage (1 reserved space) + parking available in the courtyard. Shared foosball and ping-pong table. Accommodation located at the foot of the Rochebrune ski slopes (ski departure and arrival 200m from the cottage). Cable car 500m away and ESF (Piou-Piou garden). Megève town center and all shops 900m away (15 to 20 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car). Sports center 1.5km away: swimming pool, ice rink, wellness area... Summer swimming at the Praz-sur-Arly lake 5km away (+ treetop adventure area). Combloux Biotope Lake 7km away. Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths are 16 km away, Chamonix Mont-Blanc is 45 minutes away, and Lake Annecy is about an hour away. Numerous hikes are available in the area, all year round. Lake Javen is 3 km from the cottage.
