Ground floor (2 steps): lovely living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen: dining table, sofa bed, armchairs, and a television with a projector. The wood-burning stove is not functional. Bedroom 1 (1 king-size bed 180x200cm), shower room/WC (sink, shower, washing machine). Upstairs: second living room on a mezzanine with a large sofa and television. Bedroom 2 (1 king-size bed 180x200cm), bedroom 3 (1 king-size bed 180x200cm). Separate WC. Basement (suitable for summer use as it is unheated): converted space with a table/chairs, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, storage, and a shower room/WC. Access to the south-facing terrace.
