In a pleasant setting with panoramic views over the mountains, quiet, independent cottage (121 m² + 20 m² attic) arranged on 3 levels. Access to the 1st floor by staircases. Entrance hall, open plan kitchen on dining/living room (fireplace) with access to balcony, terrace and garden. Ski: station la Croix fry, Plateau de Beauregard 8km. Binding to ski with La Clusaz by Merdassier - field of slack. Many walks was and winter/snowshoeing in the mountains. Lake Annecy 23km, Annecy 30km. 3 weeks-10%.
