Access via the east covered terrace, ideal for breakfast. Ground floor of the chalet: cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, large dining table, fireplace, (connected) television area. Access to the South terrace and the West terrace (sunset), both offering a magnificent panorama of the mountains. Bedroom 1 (1 160x200cm bed, TV, duplex bathroom with shower and bathtub - mountain view). 1 independent toilet. Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 160x200cm bed, TV, balcony, open shower room, toilet), bedroom 3 (1 160x200cm bed, TV, balcony, open shower room, toilet), bedroom 4 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 5 (2 90x190cm beds and 2 90x190cm bunk beds). Bathroom (bathtub). Magnificent relaxation/well-being area with billiards, hammam, access to the terrace with the spa, bathroom, 1 separate toilet. Laundry room with washer-dryer.
