Chalet l'Eden Criou

Our chalet is located at the entrance of the village of Morillon, within a small residence of around thirty chalets, with free access to shared facilities from December 15 to September 6: swimming pool, fitness room, and sauna (sauna by reservation). Recently renovated in a cozy style (first rental season), the chalet is arranged over two levels: On the ground floor: an entrance with storage and a washing machine, a shower room with WC, a 24 m² living area (living/dining room) with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and access to the balcony/terrace, as well as a first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200). Upstairs, the landing leads to 2 bedrooms sharing a small balcony: the first with a Queen Size double bed (160x200), and the second with 3 single beds (80x190), along with a bathroom and a separate WC. In addition to these 7 sleeping places (ideal comfort configuration), the living room sofa can be converted into a third Queen Size bed (160x200) with a quality mattress. This sleeping area can be separated with a privacy curtain. The chalet is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsule machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set, food processor, washing machine. To ensure your stay starts smoothly, a starter pack of essentials is provided: toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge, etc. The chalet also features two ski lockers to store your equipment after a day on the slopes, as well as a closed garage where you can park a car or safely store your mountain bikes in summer. Two additional cars can be parked outside, directly in front of the chalet. You will also benefit from high-speed internet access via fiber-optic Wi-Fi. You will enjoy a panoramic view of the iconic Criou and the surrounding mountains overlooking Samoëns and its valley—an authentic destination for all seasons. In winter, a free shuttle stops right at the entrance of the residence and takes you in just three stops to the main Morillon gondola, part of the Grand Massif ski area: Flaine, Samoëns, Morillon, Les Carroz, and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, with its 139 slopes (including the superb 14 km-long Cascade run linking Flaine to Sixt). You can also reach the historic village of Morillon in a 10-minute walk, or visit the charming center of Samoëns (and enjoy its outdoor ice rink) in 5 minutes by car or via the valley shuttles… or on foot along a lovely walk by the Giffre river. In the warmer months, enjoy the many activities available in the valley: rafting, kayaking, swimming, hiking (including the famous Cirque du Fer-à-Cheval), paragliding, mountain biking, fatscoot, and more.
