Beautiful atmosphere for this 22m² gîte on the ground floor of a large house ideally located 3 minutes walk from the center of La Clusaz and opposite the 'Bossonnet' lifts. The house also includes 1 owner's accommodation and 3 other rentals. Common entrance. Studio with equipped kitchen: dining area, refrigerator, oven, microwave... Living room with convertible sofa for 140cm bed, coffee table, television. Bathroom: shower, vanity unit, toilet. Dishwasher and washing machine: no. Garden - common land for the apartments at the back of the house with in summer: garden tables, parasol, table tennis, deckchairs, barbecue. 1 private parking space at the back of the house. 1 ski locker reserved for the apartment. Possibility to rent 1 garage depending on availability (50€ per week) Wifi internet. Bed linen provided. Bathroom linen rental. Optional end-of-stay cleaning. In winter, sleds and snowshoes are available for hire. Leisure and services: center of La Clusaz with its many restaurants and shops just 200m away, shuttle stop in front of the gîte.
