Underfloor heating on the first two levels. The hamlet is located at the entrance to Thônes (Annecy road, quarry 200m below the chalet), with a beautiful fountain opposite the chalet. Numerous activities are available in Thônes and the surrounding Aravis mountains: via ferrata, adventure courses, hiking, swimming pools, horseback riding, fishing, etc. Skiing in the Aravis mountain range: La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand resorts are 15km away, and the Col de la Croix Fry/Manigod is 17km away. Lake Annecy with its beaches is 14km away, and Annecy itself is 18km away.
