Stunning views of the Fiz mountain range from this accommodation, located in a peaceful area in the hills above Saint-Gervais, within a beautiful, high-standard chalet. The chalet is a 20-minute walk from the town center and 700 meters from the nearest shops. A large private garden, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms—everything is included! The gondola lift is 1.5 km away.

Beautifully appointed interior for this spacious 92m² gîte located on the garden level of a high-end chalet, 1.5km from the center of Saint-Gervais and the Bettex gondola lift. The chalet is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the upper part of Saint-Gervais (Bettex area), and the owners occupy the upper floor. Access to the gîte is via an external staircase from the parking area. The cottage is laid out as follows: - Entrance hall with shared laundry facilities (sink, washing machine, and dryer) - Living room with open-plan fitted kitchen/lounge (TV, sofa, dining area) - Bedroom 1 (two single beds 90x190cm that can be joined together, en-suite shower room with walk-in shower) - Bedroom 2 (four bunk beds 80cm and 90cm, en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC) - Bedroom 3 (two single beds 90x190cm that can be joined together, en-suite shower room with walk-in shower) - Separate WC Everything is included: bed linen (beds made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
