On the ground floor of the chalet: kitchen area open to the living room (dining area, sofa, connected TV), bathroom (shower, toilet). Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom (1 140x190cm bed + 1 90x190cm bed). Maximum height under ceiling of the mezzanine: 1.72m. Secure outdoor ski locker. Internet by 4G box. No sheet rental. Electric underfloor heating + electric radiators. Terrace area with garden furniture (tables and chairs, sun loungers). Parking: park your vehicle next to the chalet (straight line along the road). Center of Saint-Gervais 3km (shops, swimming pool, ice rink...). Saint-Gervais thermal baths (Le Fayet) 8km (15 minutes by car). Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area accessible from Saint-Nicolas-De-Véroce 3km away (Chef-Lieu chairlift). The area connects the resorts of Saint-Nicolas, Saint-Gervais, and Megève. Bettex cable car in Saint-Gervais 4km. Les Contamines-Montjoie village resort 5km away (Contamines ski area 7km away). Mont-Blanc tramway 4 km away: rack railway giving access to the Bellevue plateau (access to numerous all-season hikes). Hikes departing from the lodge (Bionnassay, le Champel). Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 40 minutes by car, Annecy and Geneva approximately 1 hour.
