Incredible panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from this warm and authentic cottage located in a quiet mountain setting, within an authentic Savoyard chalet. Ski area 2.5 km away in winter (downhill and cross-country skiing), shuttle 100 m away. Maximum occupancy: 6 people (upon request). For your comfort, everything is included.

55m² gîte located on the first floor of an authentic, chalet-style Savoyard farmhouse, fully restored. Quiet and unspoiled area, magnificent views of the surrounding peaks (Tournette, Mont Charvin, etc.). Separate entrance via exterior staircase: entrance hall with storage, bedroom 1 (1 x 160x200cm bed), fitted kitchen leading to the living room (TV, pellet stove, Rapido sofa bed offering a comfortable 140x190cm extra bed, dining area), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. On the mezzanine level, opening onto the living room (semi-blackout curtain): two 80x200cm beds (can be pushed together upon request). Sheets are included (beds made), as are towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wi-Fi internet access. The gîte is fully heated with a wood pellet stove (pellets included). South-facing balcony facing the mountains with a table and two chairs, and a large garden around the chalet, accessible to guests. The chalet also includes the owners' accommodation (on the ground floor). Private ski locker. Bicycle storage is available in the owners' garage. Electric charging station shared with the owners (additional charge). Free ski shuttle/bus 100m away during the winter season: access to the Col de la Croix Fry (Manigod resort: downhill and cross-country skiing). The Manigod resort is connected to La Clusaz. At the Col de la Croix Fry (2.5km): ESF (French Ski School), ski lifts, restaurants, and ski rentals. Bakery in the center of Manigod village, 4km away (delivery available), mini-market 6km away (Col de Merdassier). Lake Annecy, 35 minutes by car (25km): beaches, Menthon-Saint-Bernard. Annecy Old Town is 45 minutes away. La Clusaz and Thônes (all shops, activities, swimming pool) are 10 km away. In summer (July and August), a heated outdoor swimming pool is 6 km away (Col de Merdassier). Numerous hikes are available in the area, year-round.
