On the ground floor (access via 6 outdoor steps): entryway, bedroom 1 (2 beds measuring 80x190 cm—can be joined upon request to form a 160 cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 bed measuring 160x200 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Upstairs: open-concept kitchen connected to a spacious living room (TV, DVD, stereo, wood-pellet stove, foosball table), opening onto the south-facing terrace with furniture, a patio umbrella, and a barbecue. Petanque court. Utility room with washing machine and toilet. Linens are included. Private covered parking space or parking in front of the chalet. Ski storage room. In winter, the Agy cross-country ski area is 4.5 km away, and downhill skiing at Les Carroz is 10 km away (Grand Massif ski area). Shuttle bus 2 km away. Numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area or in Agy during the summer. The town of Taninges is 10 km away, Cluses 12 km, and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 50-minute drive away. Snow chains are required for your vehicle in winter. Cross-country skiing is 4.5 km away in winter; the Grand Massif ski area is 10 km away.
