Independent chalet of 220m2 arranged on 3 levels near the village center, on the sunny side of the village. East exposure.
On the ground floor: ski room with storage, laundry area / technical room, 3 bedrooms each with TV and private shower room / wc and access to the terrace: bedroom 1 (1 bed 180x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 double bed 180x200cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 180x200cm), bedroom 4 (blind) (2 bunk beds 90x190cm + 2 bunk beds 80x190cm, open private bathroom with shower and toilet), separate toilet.
On the 1st: American kitchen open to large living room and lounge area (sofas, gas fireplace, TV, Bluetooth stereo), large terrace with furniture, plancha (in summer) and Spa.
2nd floor: relaxation / mountain area with sofa, TV, bedroom 5 (parental) with 1 bed 180x200cm, TV, bath, walk-in shower, separate wc.
Wi-Fi Internet. Everything is included: sheets, towels and toiletries and end-of-stay cleaning. On-site parking (in the courtyard).
Shops and village center at 450m, ski area, ESF at 650m. Free shuttle at 60m.
In summer: swimming lake, tree climbing at 2.5km, golf course at 4km. Swimming pool of Morzine at 8.5km. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 1 hour by car.
