Detached chalet of 116m² + storage/laundry room, arranged on three split levels, located 1km from the ski lifts in winter. Numerous hikes and activities are available in the area year-round. The chalet entrance is through the storage room (ski room/laundry room). At the entrance level: - Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190cm, en-suite shower room with shower and toilet). On the lower half-level: - Living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (dining area, lounge with fireplace, sofas, TV), bedroom 2 (1 queen bed 160x200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub), separate toilet. Upstairs in the chalet: - Bedroom 3 (4 single bunk beds 80cm), bedroom 4 (1 double bed 140x190cm), bedroom 5 (2 single beds 80x190cm that can be joined together), shower room, separate toilet. For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen (beds made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Wi-Fi internet access. Parking in front of the entrance to the cottage (sloping access). Parking is also available along the road in a designated area (level). Local shops 2km away: mini-market, bakery, bar, restaurant. Skiing in winter: ski lifts and ski lessons 1km from the gîte (family-friendly resort of Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval). The Sixt resort is connected to the Grand Massif ski area by shuttle buses (free, 1km from the gîte). Skiing back to Sixt is possible from the Cascades piste (depending on snow conditions). Numerous hiking and snowshoeing trails are available in the area (e.g., Rouget waterfall, Sales waterfall, etc.). Fer-à-Cheval Nature Reserve parking 8km away (12-minute drive). Rafting and whitewater sports 2km away (Tines Gorge). Climbing wall and via ferrata.
