To design this new table, Moulin Neuf called on Les Chefs s'encanaillent, a duo of
creative and committed chefs, well known for their inventive approach to local and seasonal cuisine.
Each dish, each plate, each gourmet break is designed to be a moment of
pleasure and sharing.
More than just a café, this new venue is part of the DNA of Moulin Neuf: a hybrid space
combining coworking, well-being, business creation, and events. The café thus becomes a meeting point
for coworkers, teleworkers, entrepreneurs, and residents, reinforcing
the synergies already present in this unique place.
