Traditional village festival on the theme of traditional bread-making. Baked in old-fashioned ovens and sold on site, dancing with folk groups, refreshments, sale of bread and local produce, and snacks.
From the moment the bread is put in the oven to the moment it comes out, here's the Bread Day program: 10am: bread baking From 11am: parade "with the bread" and folk groups Lou Bénéton from Cordon, and guest group "Les Prazons" from Sixt Fer à Cheval. From 3pm: folk dances, harvest threshing with a threshing machine, wheat milling with a millstone, exhibition of vintage farm machinery. All day long: - Bar and snack bar with potato fritters, - Apple juice production, apples pressed on site the old-fashioned way in the morning. - Exhibition with the Heritage Association "Bread ovens, granaries, toular, sheds, basins - The outbuildings of a traditional Cordon house". Don't forget your eco-cups.
