As part of the exhibition “Michel Butor in Music,” Archipel Butor is offering a workshop that combines movement, voice, and poetry titled “À voix haute!” with Hélène Vintraud.

In this workshop, Hélène Vintraud, a Franco-Swiss artist who moves between voice and writing, will explore the art of reciting texts (poems or other works) in an original and resonant way. Combining an awareness of the body in space with playful vocal exercises based on breath control, this workshop offers a creative way to give voice to words, sounds, texts, songs, and more. Whether solo, in small groups, or as a choir, dare to be enchanted! This workshop is open to everyone ages 16 and up. No prior singing experience is required. Please note: Wear loose, comfortable clothing! Participants are welcome to bring their own words, phrases, or very short poetic texts, etc.
