In a bucolic mountain setting perfect for rest and relaxation, discover a two-story cottage housed in a former farmhouse on the edge of the forest at the foot of the famous Parmelan mountain. Annecy city center, the lake, and beaches are just 20 minutes away.

Adjoining the owners' residence, this 92 m² (990 sq ft) cottage is on two levels with independent access at the front and rear. On the garden level: entrance into the living area, which includes an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools. The living room has a dining area and lounge (sofa, TV, wood-burning stove, etc.) and a second door leading to the terrace. There is a separate WC and a hallway leading to the secondary entrance hall at the rear of the cottage, which also provides access to the shower room (shower, double vanity, washing machine, etc.) and a utility room (freezer). Upstairs: an open area around the staircase with armchairs and additional seating, as well as games (arcade, darts, small library, etc.). Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 65x75 in), Bedroom 2 (2 single beds 90x75 in). Private terrace with furniture in front of the cottage and numerous shared outdoor spaces (children's play area, tables, sun loungers, etc.). Farm animals are present nearby (chickens, donkeys, etc.). Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival. Please bring your own towels. End-of-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request to the owners. Pets are not allowed. There is no charging point for electric vehicles. Childcare is available in a completely separate part of the house. Annecy town and lake are 15.5 km away, and small shops are 5 km away (Villaz). The house is located on the edge of a forest in a rural area. In summer, the owner's ponies graze in the meadow behind the house.
