A menu adapted to the seasons, varying according to arrivals, weather and inspiration. A cuisine designed to combine different styles, from French to foreign to local Savoyard. A taste laboratory.
We like to work alongside local players, but we can also source from further afield, to offer you quality cuisine from here and elsewhere. What's more, all our sauces and desserts are homemade.
