A spacious and bright vacation rental in a prime location in the heart of the Haute-Savoie department: Annecy, Geneva, and Chamonix are all less than a 50-minute drive away. Stunning, unobstructed views of the Bargy Massif.

A 117-square-meter duplex apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors of a renovated old country farmhouse that also includes the owners' residence (on the ground floor). The property is located in a residential area, 700 meters from the center of Scionzier and local shops. The vacation rental has its own separate entrance (access via an outdoor staircase). On the first level: separate built-in kitchen, living room (sofas, TV, dining area), bedroom 1 (1 bed, 140x190 cm), bathroom (tub + shower), separate toilet, laundry room, storage space. On the second level: bedroom 2 (2 beds, 90x190 cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds, 90x190 cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed, 140x190 cm), shower room (shower, toilet). Wi-Fi. Sheets are included (beds made). Towels available for rent. South-facing balcony on the first floor and private patio area on the ground floor: table and chairs, barbecue, awning. Parking in the courtyard. Storage locker available for skis or bicycles. All local shops and services are 700 meters away (Scionzier town center). The Grand Massif ski area is a 25-minute drive away (Les Carroz is 18 km away, Morillon is 19 km away). The Romme-Sur-Cluses cross-country ski area (plus a beginner-friendly alpine ski area) is 11 km away. Numerous hiking trails in the Bargy and Aravis areas or on the Solaison Plateau. Geneva is a 40-minute drive away, Annecy and Chamonix are 45 minutes away, and Lake Geneva, Yvoire, and the beaches are about 50 minutes away.
