Unobstructed view of the valley, the surrounding mountains, and the tree canopy. All of Haute-Savoie’s major tourist attractions are less than an hour’s drive away. Maximum occupancy: 4 people (upon request) Nestled in the heart of a forest, facing the treetops: a 44-square-meter vacation rental on the ground floor of a spacious luxury chalet located in a natural setting, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here, there are no neighbors or busy roads—just birdsong and the soothing scent of the woods. The cottage is on a single level and has its own separate entrance. The cottage is laid out as follows: separate living room (TV, sleeper sofa), fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bedroom (1 bed 140x190), and bathroom with shower and toilet. For your comfort, everything is included: sheets and bedding (bed made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Wi-Fi Private patio area with a rustic table, barbecue, and lounge chairs, plus a covered relaxation area. Private parking space. The ceiling height in the accommodation is 2 meters. The upper part of the chalet is occupied by the owners. The final 300 meters of access to the cottage are via a flat forest road (snow removal guaranteed in winter). The cottage is maintained and cleaned using natural products. Hiking trails start right on-site year-round. All shops are in Thyez, 6 km away (10 minutes by car). In winter, the Grand-Massif ski area via Morillon is 14 km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 45-minute drive away; Annecy, Geneva, and Lake Geneva are 1 hour away.
