Cozy cottage furnished in a beautiful chalet style, a 5-minute walk from the center of Megève. Quiet location, south-facing. Shuttle bus 150m away. Gondola (skiing in yesterday) 400m away.

In a quiet area, close to the center of Megève! 45m² gîte on the raised ground floor of a large, chalet-style, century-old house that also includes 3 other gîtes. Prime location, 200m from shops and the Tourist Office, the cable car (400m), and the Palais des Sports (700m). Beautiful mountain views from the living room: Rochebrune, Côte 2000, and the ski area. Shared entrance at the back of the house (6 steps). In the gîte: fitted kitchen open to the living/dining area (dining area, TV, corner sofa), bedroom 1 (1 queen-size bed, TV), bedroom 2 (2 single beds, TV), bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linens and towels are available for rent. Wi-Fi. Small south-facing balcony facing the mountains with a shepherd's table and two chairs. Garden and shared grounds at the foot of the house (with furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue). Large private parking. Shared secure ski and bike storage. Shops and restaurants are 200m away, and the casino is 600m away. For skiing: cable car is 400m away (shuttle is 200m away). Megève Sports Centre is 700m away (swimming pool, wellness center, ice rink, etc.). Mont d'Arbois 18-hole golf course is 1.5km away. Combloux lake is 5km away. Chamonix Mont-Blanc is 35km away (a 45-minute drive). Numerous hiking trails are nearby. Only one pet is allowed in the cottage (if less than 20kg). Construction of a building next to the house which may cause nuisances during the periods from April 1 to June 30 and from September 1 to December 15, 2025.
