40m² apartment located on the 2nd floor (top floor) of a large family house with 3 other apartments, just 700m from the village center. Sleeps up to 5 people (including infants). - Entrance hall - Open-plan kitchen/living room: dining table, sofa bed (sleeps 2), television, access to a large balcony. - Bedroom: 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 1 single bed (80x190cm), wardrobe. - Bathroom: shower, vanity unit with sink, towel warmer, hairdryer. - Separate WC. Large south and west-facing balcony with garden furniture. Magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the village. Shared courtyard with parking. Shared facilities on the ground floor: washing machine and dryer, ski/bike storage. Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen and towels available for rent. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Leisure and services: La Clusaz town center with its many restaurants and shops is 700m away, and the shuttle bus stop is 100m away on the road to the Col des Aravis, which passes right in front of the gîte. Convenient access to tourist attractions and activities in La Clusaz and the surrounding area. Skiing: Ski-in/ski-out access to the apartment. The Crêt du Merle ski lifts are 300m away (ski-in/ski-out access is also possible directly from the apartment via the piste that passes next to the chalet). The ESF Champ Giguet ski school meeting point is 400m away (ski-in/ski-out access). Numerous summer and winter activities are available in La Clusaz and the Aravis mountains: swimming pools, hiking, via ferrata, spa/wellness centers, etc. Les Confins (cross-country skiing, fishing, hiking, golf) is 4.5km away. Lake Annecy and its beaches are 26km away, and Annecy is 30km away.
