Ideal for exploring the Mont Blanc region, the apartment is located on the garden level of our chalet.

Quiet, south-west facing (terrace), ultra-easy access, new, bright and cheerful. Close to everything! Minimum stay: 2 nights (except from Thursday: 3 nights: Thursday-Friday-Saturday) Apartment approx. 45m2, 3*** tourism classification 1 living room / kitchen - 1 spacious bedroom - 1 shower room - 1 separate toilet - 1 terrace Sleeping accommodation : 1 bed 160x200 in the bedroom, comfortable new bedding, cosy comforter. 1 140x190 sofa bed in the living room, new (2025). Beds made up on arrival, towels provided, as well as bath mats and kitchen towels. Cot available (€10 per stay) - with mattress and fitted sheet (bring your own baby-covering). Private sheltered terrace with 1 table and 2 chairs, 2 deckchairs, 1 parasol. Quiet location. Mountain views (Aiguille de Bionnassay - Mont Joly) Secure key box, but we live on site and welcome you most of the time on arrival (from 4pm - or earlier if the apartment is available). TNT TV. Wifi (fiber optic) Private entrance, on-site parking. Non-smoking apartment. Housekeeping : No chemical household products (only natural or organic). End of stay: Remove sheets, clean and put away dishes, take out the garbage and all your groceries, and leave the apartment clean. OPTIONAL cleaning possible - extra charge - 35€. Additional details: Coffee: espresso or elongated, ground or pods (nespresso or senseo type - coffee machine with adapters depending on type of coffee) + 1 piston coffee maker. Car-free access: A pleasant vehicle for exploring the surrounding area, but soft mobility is becoming easier and easier in the Mont Blanc region. Saint-Gervais Le Fayet SNCF train station (by bus or 35-minute walk) - with access to the train to Chamonix (Mont-Blanc Express) as well as to the Tramway du Mont-Blanc and the Valléen (cable car to Saint-Gervais center and its Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area). Bus: de l'Ile stop - line Y85 (400m / 5mn walk) Mountain store/Quechua (400m / 5mn walk) Super U supermarket (800m / 10mn) Passy Plaine-Joux 20 minutes away by car or bus. Cot: 20€ per stay up to 4 nights, then 5€ per night - with mattress and fitted sheet (no other bed linen, but towels provided).
Please leave the apartment clean and tidy, dishes also clean and tidy, bed linen removed, as well as dustbins and groceries.
End-of-stay cleaning option: 35€ (remove your garbage and groceries, put your sheets and towels in the bag provided, and please let me know as soon as possible).
