During your hike, take a gourmet break in our restaurant l'Alpage de Neuvaz to discover our local products made on site in an exceptional setting.
Whether you’re hiking with a group of friends, with your family, or with the kids, come discover this idyllic spot with its animals and milking (around 5 p.m.) and enjoy our shepherd’s platters, cheeses, and cold cuts at any time of day. You can also order our potato fritters, cold cuts, and blueberry pie. Fondue, raclette, breaded goat cheese… Refreshments available.
Every meal is an opportunity to meet the shepherds and cheesemakers. We’d be happy to explain the practices, traditions, and daily life on our mountain pastures.
