Description
This dynamic animation highlights the interactions between human, animal and plant movement patterns. Through a role-playing game, each student reflects on his or her movements while integrating the notion of biological corridors.
This dynamic, fun activity helps students to understand the interactions between the means of transport used by humans, fauna and flora. Through role-playing, students are encouraged to reflect on their own movements, while integrating the notion of biological corridors.
The aim is to understand the notions of movement and biological corridor, to identify the different ways in which fauna, flora and humans move, and to grasp the impact of these movements on each other. Students are also encouraged to reflect on their own practices and consider ways of taking action.
This activity fits in with school curricula, particularly for Cycle 2, which explores the characteristics and interactions of the living world, and Cycle 3, which focuses on the diversity of living beings, their interconnection in food webs, and environmental issues.
