Description
Entertainment and cultural attractions await you along a route that explores the village of Amancy and its castles. Everything is free.
As part of the 28th Heritage Days.
Meet at 1:30 pm at the Amancy fountain (near the church). Embark on a discovery tour of the castles: a true journey through time and the history of Amancy, accessible to all and completely free.
The tour includes:
- A cultural experience for adults: culture and heritage: discover the castles and their histories, with activities led by local cultural associations (Académie du Faucigny, Les Amis de la Grande Maison, the Pays Rochois Tourist Office).
- Photo exhibition: Amancy before/after.
- A treasure hunt at each stand featuring curiosities and riddles (provided by Sauterelle Jeux).
- Making a knight's shield for younger participants: create your own shield step by step (provided by the Parents' Association).
- Free refreshments (water).
From 4:30 pm - Arrival at the community hall.
- Food trucks will be on site until 8 p.m.
- The scavenger hunt will conclude, and the shield will be completed.
- Refreshments will be available, provided by the Parents' Association (APE), with free snacks for children.
- Costumed parade from Faucigny.
At 5:30 p.m.: Closing show. Medieval dance and dance workshops, led by Le Courtil des Courils.
To continue the afternoon, starting at 8 p.m.: Musical evening. Concert by the La Roche-sur-Foron Municipal Band.
