Independent house (102m² + 18m² attic) arranged on 3 levels in a quiet hamlet of Bernex. Beautiful chalet atmosphere inside. Ground floor: large entrance hall with cupboards. 1st floor: equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room (dining table, 140cm rapido type convertible sofa, wood stove with 1st basket provided, next basket for a fee). Access to the balcony from the kitchen and access to the terrace + garden from the living room. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, bathroom with shower). 1 separate toilet with hand basin. 2nd floor: mezzanine with lounge (corner sofa, 125cm television, DVD player), bedroom 2 (1 140x190cm bed, shower room/wc). Bedroom 3 (4 beds 90x190cm). In total, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (integrated into bedrooms 1 and 2 only), 2 toilets including 1 independent.
