It feels like a private chalet thanks to its separate entrance and elevated location. Distances: 550 m to the resort center—shops—daycare—access to the “Super-Châtel” slopes 250 m to the free shuttle stop (toward the center or the slopes) 1st floor: 5 bedrooms with balconies (3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together / 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed / 1 bedroom with bunk beds) 3 shower rooms with sink and toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, 1 shower room with sink and toilet, pantry with storage and freezer, kitchen, living area with a dining room for 12 people and a lounge area, balcony with views of the mountains, valley, and the Linga slopes. Basement: Heated storage room for your skis, ski boots, sleds, etc. (not allowed inside the apartment) Washer and dryer. Outdoors: Private terrace Access to the chalet is via a dead-end road with very little traffic (winter tires recommended) 4 free private parking spaces in front of the house (additional free spaces available 50 meters away) Large yard for playing, sledding, and more...
