Perched atop the Beauregard plateau, Le 1647 is the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal whilst taking in the view of the Aravis. This restaurant has been transformed into a modern haven where locally sourced, sustainable cuisine delights the palates of skiers and hikers alike.
Founded by the Masson family in 1954, Altitude 1647 was perched for many years on the Beauregard Plateau, at the foot of the slopes, welcoming nature lovers to its hotel, bar and restaurant.
Whilst retaining its original family-run ethos, it reopened on 12 June 2021 under the name 1647, with new management and a fresh look, offering fresh and innovative farm-to-table cuisine.
