- Park on the side of the road between Balme and Arâches, lower than the Arberroz, at the level of a bend on the outside of which there is a safety barrier (first bend turning left as you go up, after the Balme cliff). Just above the bend, enter the forest.
- For Balmette: An almost horizontal path leads quickly to the rock.
- For Superbalmette: Take the track (red mark) that goes up on the left as soon as you enter the wood. Fixed rope a little before the cliff.
