From October 10, 2025 to April 30, 2026, the refuge will keep an unguarded open area (15 beds, 3 blankets per bed, tables, benches, no heating, fireplace or electricity). Reservations are recommended to ensure there is enough room in the bedrooms. Between May 1 and 28, we'll be on site to prepare for the season, and turn the refuge from winter to summer.

- Nearest village or resort: Samoëns. Walking time from nearest parking lot: 2h. Access by footpath: Le chemin du pied du crêt (easiest): 2h15 - 740m ascent - Le chemin du Crêt (more aerial): 2h00 - 560m ascent. Also accessible by mountain bike (for the very experienced), snowshoe, ski touring and joëlette.
